About Women’s Wing
It had been seen that number of women in our industry has increased since many years. However, the participation of the women in the association programs had been thin to negligible. In order to make the association more inclusive, it was decided have a sub committee for women, and launch a women wing whereby there start coming to the association programs. The women wing was launched with about 100 women members at Suzy-Q.

Ensure that ladies are informed and encouraged to use the various services and platforms to enhance their business and also networking opportunities.
Ensure that more women join the wing.
Give there valuable suggestions on how the services and platform could be improved.
In the long term make the associations more women friendly. We know this has been achieved when we have a reasonable number of women leaders who are part of the board and the leadership group.
